Secondo l’art. 123 dello Statuto di Roma della Corte Penale Internazionale sette anni dopo l’entrata in vigore del presente Statuto, il Segretario Generale dell’Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite convocherà una Conferenza di revisione per esaminare ogni emendamento.
